Spray-Up प्रक्रियाका लागि Resin

Spray-up उत्पादनमा spray equipment बाट सफासँग atomise हुने र predictable schedule मा gel हुने resin चाहिन्छ।

Spray-up ले reinforcement हातले राखेर छुट्टै wet out गर्नुको सट्टा, chopper gun बाट chopped glass roving र catalysed resin सँगै mould माथि जम्मा गरेर FRP fabrication लाई छिटो बनाउँछ। Resin सफासँग spray होस् र production line ले मिलाउन सक्ने schedule मा gel होस् भने, hand lay-up भन्दा labour बचत महत्त्वपूर्ण हुने ठूला volumes का मध्यम complex parts — tanks, tubs, panels र यस्तै आकारहरू — उत्पादन गर्ने fabricators का लागि यो उपयुक्त हुन्छ।

प्रक्रिया सन्दर्भ
