Cooling Tower निर्माणका लागि Resin

प्रक्रिया सन्दर्भ

Casing panels र structural sections लाई flat वा हल्का profiled moulds माथि hand lay-up द्वारा laminated गरिन्छ: chopped strand mat राखेर MEKP hardener र cobalt octoate accelerator ले catalysed गरिएको resin ले wet out गरिन्छ, र panels लाई थप stiffness चाहिने ठाउँमा additional layers र ribbing थपिन्छ। Louvers र साना components प्रायः consistent profiles का लागि छुट्टै dedicated moulds मा laminated गरिन्छ। Room temperature मा cure भएपछि, panels लाई trim गरिन्छ, assembly का लागि drill गरिन्छ, र पूरा tower structure बनाउन साइटमै बोल्ट वा bond गरेर जोडिन्छ।
